Digital Curriculum Designs

Digital Literacy Curriculum is often limited to tool mastery and coupled tightly with careerist goals. I would like to offer something else; something more in touch with the real social, philosophical, political, anthropological, even (and especially) the environmental impacts and implications of Digital Technology.

This is a slightly altered version of a plan I designed for the Brooklyn Emerging Leader's Academy in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The class was titled "Digital Media Literacy" and included my concepts and design ideas for teaching kids about digital media.
